Congratulations to those students who were honored at our Academic Awards Night! It was inspiring to see how many students earned their academic letters, CTE Certificates, Scholarships, and Military recognition and awards. We love our students and recognize how hard they work to succeed in their education and learning.
Advanced Placement testing will be conducted May 7-10, and May 14-15. We encourage the students who will be testing to get a good night's sleep and eat a good breakfast so that they are at an advantage when they test. Remember, certain scores on the AP exams give students college credit, saving them both time and money in their post-secondary pursuits, so it's important that they are ready to do well.
Summer School enrollment is still in progress. If your student is taking EVIT, Seminary, or is behind in credits, this is a great way to catch up. Dates are May 28 to June 27, and classes are offered through Edgenuity with the bulk of the work completed at home. Students can go to the library Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00-noon to take their tests, and there is no fee. See your counselor if you want to sign up.
We are down to 2 weeks, Coyotes! Keep up your hard work and finish strong!
