Explain
Instead of children learning and having fun they have to work for people who don't care about them. They get no pay for this labor and can't do anything about it because they are children. This happens in a lot of places but mainly in India.
Child Rights in India
- children are being forced to work with little to no pay
- they are not getting any education
- they can't even just be a kid
- This type of child labor is linked to child trafficking .
- Domestic child labor can be victims of physical , emotional and sometimes sexual abuse.

- they are forced to serve in army as soldiers (armed)
- they want to be able to do things other kids do
- Use children to undermine labor standards
- Growing gaps between rich people and poor people in recent decades have forced million of young children out of school and into work.
- Many children especially girls work in domestic service sometime starting at as young as 5 and 6.
Child Rights in India
- don't have the right to get help when sick.
- family cant help much because they are being forced also.
- Violates a nation's minimum age laws
- Threatens children's physical, mental or emotional well-being
- involves intolerable abuse,such as child slavery,child trafficking,debt bondage ,forced labor, or illegal activities
