1st Trimester ( 1-3 months )

During the first trimester of pregnancy you will have many things happening to your body. First you will have morning sickness, which can strike at any time of the day or night, sometimes begins as early as three weeks after getting pregnate. Plus hormon changes might make your breasts bigger and sore. You might find yourself going to the bathroom more than you usally do.Bladder would be more weak and can leak when you are laughing, sneezing and coughing.

2nd Trimester ( 4-6 months )

During the second trimester the baby is very busy. Your morning sickness will begin to die down and you will fell more energetic and more like your old self. The extra weight you have gained in the last couple months is starting to put pressure on your back, making it really sore.Hormon changes cause the mucus membranes lining your nose to get bigger, which can lead to a stuffy nose and make you snore at night.

3rd Trimester ( 7-9 Months)

During the third trimester your baby's size and position might make it hard for you to get comfortable. As the baby grows, his or her movements will become more obvious. Plus during this trimester as delivery approaches, your nipples could start leaking colostrum (a yellowish liquid). As your baby continues to gain weight, pregnancy hormones relax the joints between the bones in your pelvic area. As your growing uterus puts pressure on the veins that return blood from your feet and legs, swollen feet and ankles might become an issue.
