The Euglena

The Euglena have chloroplast for photosynthesis. They move by 1 flagella twirling in such a way as to pull the cell through the water. They have an eyespot to find light for the photosynthesis process. They have a nucleus. The nucleus controls all of the organelles functions. It asexually reproduces by binary fission. Binary fission is where the euglena copies is self and splits in 2.

Exist in colonies. Gets food by photosynthesis. Moves by 2 flagella. Reproduces by Splitting open. It responds by living in colonies.
