The Wall of Fame for Shoe Tying for Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd Graders

If your Kinder, 1st Grader, and/or Second Grader can tie his/her shoes, please notify Coaches Mirizzi & Mayes because they want to honor this accomplishment in the school gym on our WALL OF FAME FOR SHOE TYING!


Once notified of the student's successful shoe-tying accomplishment, we will provide your student with a paper shoe to color, take the student's photo, and then post the photo and customized paper shoe on our WALL OF FAME FOR SHOE TYING!


It's going to be really exciting to see our young Tigers on the WALL OF FAME!

Art Newsletter from Mrs. Dunn

Art teaches students problem solving, diversity, visual learning, motor skills, focus, and confidence. It is valuable to the learning process and plays a large role in developing cognitive and social skills. Art promotes innovative thinking and creativity.


We are pleased to report that our Tigers have learned much about the history of art in this first semester of the school year. They have studied famous artists and great artwork. Thanksgiving Feast 2018

We are very thankful for our learners, their parents, our families, staff, and many friends.


We cordially invite you to come to share our Thanksgiving Feast Thursday, November 15. Students' Thanksgiving lunches will be charged to their lunch accounts, and guests who wish to buy lunches can purchase them in advance online via the displayed link or at the school by cash or check payable to FUEL CAFE. Guests do not have to purchase a ticket unless they intend to eat lunch. Guests who wish to eat lunch should purchase tickets by November 7.


It is VERY IMPORTANT TO RSVP so that you will not have to wait in long security check-in lines. Guests who have not already visited our school in the past and/or have not been through our security check-in process in the past NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY AND BRING A VALID PHOTO ID WITH THEM in order to gain entry.

Fall Photo Retake Day is November 14!

If you missed our October 4 fall student photo day or you want your October 4 photo retaken, November 14 is the day that retakes will be made. Please sign up here to let us know that you need to have photos made November 14.


November 14 photo packages can be ordered before November 14 at mylifetouch.com using Picture Day ID Code XY608358Q1. Because Lifetouch is affiliated with Shutterfly, ordering online gives you an opportunity to receive a free Shutterfly 8 X 8" photo book. Photo orders must be made no later than 48 hours after Picture Day.


Additional information is being sent home with students. And, if you need a paper order form, just let us know. Paper order forms offer the opportunity to pay for the photos by cash or check payable to Lifetouch
