Mr. Frye- Physical Education Teacher
Hello! My name is Rob Frye. I will be the new PE teacher at St. Francis and can't wait to get started!
A little about myself - I am a Cincinnati kid! Born and raised here in the 513. I grew up in the Kings Local School District where I graduated from Kings High School in 2014. While at Kings I was a dual sport athlete, playing soccer and lacrosse. I was eventually recruited to play soccer collegiately, as a goalkeeper, at DII Ohio Dominican University.
I also had the opportunity to pursue my dream of being a professional soccer player. However, after some major injuries I decided to hang the gloves and cleats up. I then turned my focus into starting my coaching career! I currently reside as the Head Varsity Boys Soccer coach at Kings High School. I have been working in IT for the last several years. I have my Ohio Department of Education teaching license. Next year, I will be working in IT remotely and teaching on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I love sports and being active and I hope to inspire my future students to find their love in sports as well!
Other fun facts:
- I love Skyline Chili.
- Huge fan of (Bengals, Ohio State, FCC, Manchester United)
- I currently live in Lebanon.
- Big movie fan! Whether going to the theater or sitting at home I love watching movies.
- I have 5 dogs.
