Exams Schedule for Next Week
Senior Night Recognition
The event will be live streamed on The Saber Roar Channel. www.youtube.com/c/thesaberroar
Traditionally we recognize students with a 3.5+ (unweighted) GPA, select scholarships and students of the year for each high school department. We look forward to recognizing our excellent Class of 2021 honored seniors.
Important School Account/Google Drive Info for Seniors
Please use this handout and video to help you complete this task. Even if you do not think you want any of your documents/pictures/work, it is best to transfer your files to your personal google account so you have them for your post-secondary experiences if needed. All questions should be directed to the FHS Tech Depot.
FHS Yearbooks
Those who pre-ordered will likely have their yearbooks delivered next week. Stay tuned for details!
All remaining yearbooks will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
Graduation Ticket Update
We are looking forward to our first graduation ceremony at American Family Field on Saturday, June 19th at 5pm with our students, staff, family, and friends. We have more information to share with you about how the ticket process will work for students and families.
If your graduate will not be attending the ceremony at American Family Field, please email Sue Bollis @ susan.bollis@franklin.k12.wi.us.
Every graduate will be randomly assigned (4) complementary tickets in sections closest to the field and graduates. Graduates with more than one household or households with more than one graduating student will only receive (4) complementary tickets. Please note, graduates will also be given their own ticket, as graduates will be seated alphabetically with their peers. The graduate’s ticket does not count as part of the (4) tickets a family receives.
We are excited to share that we will be selling additional graduation tickets next week, Tuesday, June 1 through Friday, June 4.
Purchased tickets will be randomly assigned together through the remainder of the American Family Field sections being used. Those purchased tickets will not be connected to your complementary four tickets. Ticket purchases are not refundable.
As with the Brewer games, people in wheelchairs are allowed to sit at the top of each deck with another person(s). If a guest is in a wheelchair, they enter with their assigned seating ticket but use the handicap area instead. The whole family does not sit in this area but one or two can sit with that person with the rest of their party sitting in their assigned seats.
Tickets will be sold in the high school main office to students for cash, cashier’s checks or charge. Each ticket beyond the (4) complementary tickets costs $6 each. When students purchase tickets with cash, please have them bring exact change. Tickets will be sold before school, during a student’s lunch, and after school.
All tickets, the (4) complementary and any additional paid, will be ready for pickup by your student during finals week (June 7-10) after exams are complete any given day. When students are given the tickets, the students will verify the number of tickets received.
Please encourage your Senior to finish strong. Participation in this ceremony is contingent upon completion of all graduation requirements, as well as meeting all obligations. These obligations include fees, detentions, disciplinary consequences, and fully completing the checkout process.
Thank you for your patience as we work through this process and make it a great weekend.
