Finding the right balance...
A hybrid or blended learning approach is unique and requires a strategic approach to both face-to-face and online learning platforms. Hybrid learning provides students with an opportunity to complete part of the course requirements with more flexibility in the online format and provides real-time access to the faculty member and to classmates through the face-to-face component.
