Coming Spring 2020 - EXXAT

We have some BIG news! After much deliberation, we are excited to announce that we have selected an online application for the Field Office!

Starting with the 2020 Spring Semester we will be rolling out our new web application hosted on the EXXAT platform. We are excited about the rollout and have been working all summer long learning about the program and getting our data migrated over.

We need your help!

As we start to migrate the data from our existing infrastructure to the new EXXAT Platform, we will be requesting your assistance with a few things.

First, we need you to complete an updated Field Faculty Data Form which will assist us in uploading your profile to the EXXAT Platform.

Complete the form now.

In the coming weeks, we will be contacting you to verify specific information for your agency and program. Some of the information we will be looking to verify include site requirements (TB, Background Check, etc.).

Later in the semester, we will begin offering information sessions on the database.

Our goal is to begin using the system for all placements as of January 2020.

Please be on the lookout for more information to come!

Resources Galore!

We love resources and suspect you love them too! That's why we've updated our Resources Page on our website to be easier to use!

We also come across a variety of helpful articles and resources that we think are worth sharing. Below you will find two articles related to being a Field Instructor that we wanted to share.

Supervision 101 Training

This year we are excited to offer the Field Supervision 101 training series as either a two-day three-hour workshop or six one-hour webinars over a 6 week period. This is the same training series that we have offered for the past two years.

We are working on offering CEs for the training!

We will also pilot a new asynchronous version of the training this fall. More details to follow.
