EOY Awards
Please click here to access the Awards 2015-2016 spreadsheet.
If you already know of who are the students that you will be awarding, please place an X along the category which the student will be awarded. If I have missed a category; we welcome your recommendations.
You do not need to worry about identifying students for Reading/Math as we will use the district assessment criteria for at/above grade level.
If you would like to review the criteria for some of these categories, please view the bottoms tabs of the document.
I kindly ask that you provide Nancy/Todd an estimated amount of awards by Friday, April 15th. We need place the orders promptly.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO MARK THE DOC, kindly give Nancy/Todd an estimate amount of awards your classroom will require.
Thank you for your cooperation; we am excited to recognize our students with your help.

* if you have NOT had ANY SST to this date, you CANNOT recommend a student for retention.
Deadline to meet & communicate with families of their students potential retention is April 29th. A formal letter will be sent to the families outlining their rights retain/not retain their child.
~OPERATIONS~
Bilingual Clerk
Chromebook charging boxes
The company will identify which outlet can be used for this project based on electrical capacity. Nevertheless, they will take into consideration the outlet that also meets your needs.
In addition, they will be on campus to install an LDC projector and electronic screen in the auditorium.
Hallway passes
In addition, I remind you that the only students that need an escort are TK-1st grade. Second through fifth grades do not require a buddy but do require that individual students carry a pass.
