...all K-5 classrooms reviewed what it means to stay safe when online during their computer lab rotation. The students engaged in rich discussions about how to ensure that they are keeping their personal information private during their online activities. Students in grades 6-12 have been asked to take the DC Challenge where they complete an activity that helps them to better understand how to secure their private information online. The curriculum that was used comes from Common Sense Media which also has numerous resources for parents and families to use to ensure that our children are safe when using the internet.
