Farm Credit Administration
FDR helps out farmers
Farmer help
Started on July 6, 1933. Also known as FCA was a relief system that was supposed to regulate and examine the banks, associations, and related entities of the farm credit system, a network of borrower-owned financial institutions that provide credit to farmers, ranchers, and agricultural and rural utility operations. It didn't help people who didn't work in agricultural industry, but it helped farmers keep their farms especially small farmers. I was lead by Henry Margenthau, the U.S. secretary of the treasury during administration.
