  • Avoid Eating And Drinking (Particularly Caffeine And Alcohol) Just Before Bed,

Sometimes when someone is going through a challenging time, they can’t “see the forest for the trees,” as the saying goes. This is when a co-worker can help out by providing emotional support to someone in need.
