World Changers Needed!

Youth Program Facilitators

Are you a college student, young adult or more mature individual looking to eventually further your education? You can earn an educational award for one year of service.

Dream Weaver Foundation, a local nonprofit organization, has recently become an affiliate of Youth Volunteer Corps, an international organization with a more than 25-year track record of engaging youth in high-quality service learning.

As a result of our recent affiliation, we are looking for candidates interested in helping us launch and facilitate our new program. Utilizing a proven youth service model, you will be on the front-line leading and guiding youth between the ages of 11 and 18 as they do the necessary work to create and implement service learning projects that interest them and benefit their communities.

If you believe and understand the power you possess to change the world, you're energetic, not afraid to lead tweens and teens, have a positive attitude, consider yourself a go-getter, give us a call.

This opportunity is ideal for a college student, young adult or mature individual looking to eventually continue their education. An educational award is available at the end of one year of service.

At this time the location of the program has not been determined nor have the hours. However, the two programs will take place after school at a Grand Prairie location and an Arlington location. The facilitator will run the on-site program once per week for 2.5 hours and the remaining 3 hours will be used to promote the program. (There is some flexibility in the 3 hours).

We want to hear from you by Friday, July 31. Contact Kim Phipps at (817) 690-0939 or email us at info@DreamWeaverFoundation.net. You can even check out our website at DreamWeaverFoundation.net.
