How to use Zoom Breakout Rooms for small group discussion
(This is a great way to get students engaged in small group discussions in a virtual setting. Some students are more comfortable sharing their thinking in a small group. See this tip sheet for helpful hints and how to get started)
How to Assign GC Assignment/Material to a Small Group or Individual Student
(Great for providing modified support for IRIPS--only the students selected can see the assignment)
(This is an easy way to record and not have to upload it to your Google Drive. It is automatically saved in your Google drive! Then you can attach it from your Google Drive as Material or as part of an Assignment)
How to Get Started in Google Classroom on a Chromebook
(As some students/parents are just now reaching out with trouble logging in to Google Classroom, this tipsheet can be shared with parents and is specific to how to get started using a Chromebook)
How to Get Started in Google Classroom on a Computer
(As some students/parents are just now contacting you with trouble logging in to Google Classroom, this tipsheet can be shared with parents and is specific to how to get started using a Computer)
How to Use FlipGrid to Engage Students
(This resource is a great way to engage students in conversations with each other through short video clips. You post a topic/intro video and the students respond. They can also respond to each other. If you want, you can moderate the videos, so they have to be approved by you before they are posted.)
