On-Site, Hybrid, & Remote Learning Models

Our school will begin the year with on-site learning. We will move in and out of the hybrid and remote learning models as needed. While on-site, students will practice the other models so that they are prepared if we need to transition. Please use this as a guide to help you prepare to support your children at home.

Face Coverings

School appropriate face coverings that cover both the mouth and nose are required at all times for employees and students in grades PK-12 with the following exceptions:
  • While eating
  • While engaged in an activity in which it is unsafe to wear a face covering
  • When outside, such as during recess
  • Persons with a medical or mental health condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering

Students must provide their own clean face coverings daily.

Parents/guardians must provide the requested documentation if their student has a health condition or disability that prevents them from wearing a face covering.

The First Day of School

The first day of school for preschool and elementary students is Wednesday, August 26th.

The first day of school for all 6th graders and any new students in grades 7-12 is also Wednesday, August 26th. This day will be used to orient students to our school curriculum and structure.

The first day of school for returning 7th-12th graders is Thursday, August 27th.

School hours are 7:55 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday. There is no school on Fridays. The exception to this is fall and winter homecoming. These dates are indicated on the school calendar.

Breakfast is served daily in the cafeteria for K-12.

Grab & Go breakfast is served daily in the high school for 6-12 during 1st hour.

Both options are billed at the regular meal rate that your family qualifies for.

All students should arrive for school between 7:35 - 7:45 a.m. in order to be settled into their classrooms and ready to begin learning at 7:55 a.m.

Mr. Branstine will contact families regarding bus routes. The bus will arrive in time for students to eat breakfast.

The designated entrances and exits for each grade level are outlined in the Back-to-School Plan.
