Get to Know Mr. Cole
My name is Mr. Jeff Cole and I am the new school counselor at Port Washington High School. I am excited to be working with students who have the last names starting with H through P. I have previously served as a physical education teacher in Sheboygan and elementary school counselor in Manitowoc. I cannot express how excited I am to lend my skillset and serve the Port Washington community. I want to share that I am a family-focused person and we are an education-focused family. My wife is a special education teacher in Manitowoc and our son’s name is JJ and he just turned a year old in August.
I am excited to get to know you as I learn and grow in my new role!
With Warm Regards,
Mr. Jeff Cole

ONE THING I WISH YOU KNEW
Sunday, November 12, REDgen and Friendship Circle of Wisconsin are partnering to interrupt and reverse the mental health crisis faced in our communities with “One Thing I Wish You Knew” at Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center.
The free event is aimed at giving a voice and peer support for teens, as well as a platform for stakeholders such as educators, parents, elected officials, and supportive adults to listen and learn from one another. Experiences include a mental health vendor fair as well as guest speaking presentations from the former Milwaukee Bucks Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator Brooks Griffin, and four (4) teen speakers from REDgen schools. Jackie Velasquez, former Milwaukee Bucks In Game Show Host, will emcee as guests partake in conversation, a dessert bar, and mental health presentations.
