What are Anabolic Steroids?
It is mostly used by needle injection in any part of the body. Anabolic Steroids increase muscle strength and size, but it comes with some symptoms both light and strong symptoms.

Short-term effects
Acne, hostility/aggression, hair loss, pain or difficulty urinating, high risk of prostate cancer and breast development. And females can have the cause of decreased body fat, changes in the menstrual cycle and growth of body and facial hair.
Long-term effects
Increased appetite, weight gain, deposition of fat, loss of bone calcium, risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, poor wound healing.
Statistics
85% of teen athletes aren't educated on the side of steroid use.
44% said it was "very easy" or "fairly easy" to obtain steroids.
11% of high school males reported trying steroids
4-in-10 teenage steroid users say they were influenced by the fact that pros were using them.
Story
Anabolic Steroids are used in many sports, but baseball is the top sport for steroid use. And of course there are still consequences, whenever anybody like the manager or a coach of a team finds out about a players steroid use, then tha player will be suspended for a certain period of time. Alex Rodriguez, third baseman for the New York Yankees has been using steroids for a long time in his carrer. But now that the MLB noticed it, Rodriguez is suspended for 162 games and the entire postseason. So with that said he basically is suspended from baseball for an entire year. And Rodriguez isn't the only steroid user in the MLB but he is the one noticed for his large effect in baseball.
