Field Day Details

Volunteer to Help Here!
Morning Session PK - 2nd

  • Field Day Activities 8:15 - 11:30
  • Lunch immediately following

Afternoon Session 3rd - 5th

  • Lunch beginning at 10:30
  • Field Day Activities 11:30 - 2:30


Free dress - comfortable athletic clothes (swimsuits permitted under clothes)

REQUIRED: Athletic shoes & socks Students will get wet!

BRING:

  • water bottle w/name labelled
  • sun screen
  • towel
  • set of dry clothes (remember shoes & socks)
  • sack lunch (or buy sack lunch from cafeteria)


Hulen Street gate will be CLOSED until approximately 2:45 pm.

PARKING DETAILS

Students with programs may wear Sunday best. All others may wear nice jeans with spirit shirt/uniform shirt. ALL visitors MUST have a visitor's badge from the front office. Picture ID is required. Parking is available off-site at:

  • Christ Lutheran Church, located at 4409 Sycamore School Road, Fort Worth, TX 76133
    • THURSDAY & FRIDAY
  • Genesis United Methodist Church, located at 7635 S Hulen St, Fort Worth, TX 76133
    • THURSDAY
    • FRIDAY (back of building ONLY due to scheduled church event)

Please be respectful of their grounds! Shuttle service is provided.

Attendance & Absence Note Information

Attendance/Absence Guidelines Begin on Page 29

Please print legibly and include FULL NAME of Parent & Student!

Email Attendance Notes/Inquiries to Rachel Olivarez rolivarez@lenapope.org

Parents must send a written note within three business days of their child’s absence or the absence will be recorded as unexcused. A parent note may only excuse 2 days per absence, if eligible.

Absence notes must contain:
  • student first & last name
  • date(s) of absence
  • reason for absence
Request Dismissal Card Replacements Here

All families received a sheet of 2 dismissal cards per child to start the year. Lost/damaged and additional cards will require a $3 fee payable in the office.
