Mental Health Awareness Month

Cougar Families, we miss you all! Taking in all that has come our way over the past couple of months can prove to be overwhelming - - new instruction methods and tools, virtual communication, homeschooling, health tips and so much more. With these ever-changing times, it is important for each of us to take the time needed to be mindful of our days and how we experience each of them. One way to feed our mental health in a positive way is by practicing self-care, mindfulness and gratitude. We hope that this newsletter provides you with a few activities and resources you and your family can utilize to practice those 3 things and navigate the upcoming days. Enjoy and stay safe!
