One Of the World's Greatest Leaders
Malala Yousafzai took her first steps towards leadership when she was just 11 years old. Her immensly courageous act of standing up the the Taliban has been publicized across the globe. Yousafzai did not protest for publicity, but rather for the right of women's education. Bede Sheppard of Human Rights Watch describes the young woman as a "radiant example that children can be intelligent and savvy advocates for their own rights."
It is visible through Yousafzai's actions that she is a very courageous and determined person. Unlike the majority of today's youth, Yousafzai had the courage to stand up to figures of evil that were road blocks on her journey to success. In addition, her incredibly determined spirit proves her to represent the ways of a true leader. Malala's strongest trait is likely her courage, as it is what made her stand out from all the other girls her age. Not only did she want change, but she demanded it.
Malala Yousafzai was raised by her parents, Tor Pekai and Ziauddin Yousafzai. Mostly educated by her father, Malala learned to live a compassionate life in which she was to help others achieve thier goals. These traits were shown when Malala took a stance against the powerful Taliban government at a young age. All of her leadership traits have affected not only the women who had lost their rights to education, but people all around the world. Everywhere, people are inspired by the fearless leadership the young woman demonstrates. Because of these traits, Malala is now a respected and successful young woman who has greatly impacted our world today.

On one occasion, she was shot in the head by a Taliban soldier, but survived. Despite all the rough times she has tolerated, Malala continues to work towards and achieve her goal, which is why people aspire to live like her.
In order for someone to be a successful leader, they must demonstrate qualities that prove their leadership. They do not, however, have to demonstrate ALL of the qualities. Truthfully, no one can really say what all of the leadership qualities are, because people are constantly exhibiting new qualities all the time. There are a few qualities that, if an individual did happen to possess, could make them a stronger leader. For example, most all leaders from the past have been courageous. It's hard for a leader to be shy, yet at the same time be able to give speeches in front of thousands of people. A leader should also be somewhat intelligent. Leaders must know what they are talking about, and be able to take their argument to a deeper level
