Central Ohio special needs equipment exchange
Do you have adaptive equipment at home collecting dust that your child has outgrown or simply no longer uses? Bring it to our Special Needs Equipment Exchange and look for other items that your child might actually use. Ohio Family to Family and the YMCA of Central Ohio are hosting this event, and we'd love for you to participate!
- Is there a specific piece of equipment that you think might work for your child? Use this request form to reserve an item from the Equipment Loan Program, and pick it up at the event, or schedule a time during the hour before or after the event to work with YMCA staff on finalizing the loan. Items are loaned out through the program for 90 days, which gives you a chance to try them out before you decide to pursue getting one of your own through insurance or other funding sources. Loans can be extended if the item is not requested by others. ECRN+ Equipment Loan Request (jotform.com)
