Take Time for You!
Our Weekly Gratitudes
- We are grateful to everyone who has signed up to help with camp. This week we have our final camp and we have all needed supervisors in place. It definitely has been a team effort to make each and everyone of our camp experiences amazing for the students.
- Cory and I were both grateful for our individual time with our coach Cathy from CESA. We always appreciate the time we have with her and each other to bounce ideas off of each other and think through situations thoroughly in order to find clarity and make a plan.
- We both were grateful for our time together this week to organize and plan our PD time for Thursday in order to help support all of you with Educator Effectiveness.
- The support we receive from Pam and Bull for the work we are doing here as a team.
- That we end each day with sharing our gratitudes, even though sometimes they are via text or email. It helps us to put our day into perspective, and despite the challenges, there are so many amazing people, events, etc. to be grateful for every single day!
Halloween At Wilson
- No masks (for safety) or face paint covering your face
- No weapons or props of any kind
- School appropriate
Educator Effectiveness
- The Google Slides from Our Meeting
- Wilson Fall Survey Data (Graph form & spreadsheet form)
- The SLO/PPG Document for Teams to Use
- Staff Listing (Summative and Non-summative) with their Assigned EE Supervisor
- Possible Teacher Survey to Use with Students (summative only)
I added an additional data set to the Wilson Shared Resources Drive. In the EE folder you will find a spreadsheet with the fall survey data. This spreadsheet is organized by grade (see the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet) and you will find specific students' names. Feel free to use this as well.
For those of you on a summative year, please make sure you give your students a teacher survey by the end of this week. There is a sample teacher survey in the Wilson Resources Shared Drive in the EE folder. If you would like to use that one, make a copy for yourself and rename it. If not, you will need to create your own survey and give it to students.
Starting in November, we will plan monthly meetings to help all new staff (and anyone else who is interested) with Educator Effectiveness. In addition, we will incorporate "Learn Abouts" on empathy into our staff meetings.
