Districtwide Information for the Week of 11/16

2nd/3rd grade Pick Up & Drop Off @ Pine Hill

Due to impending wet weather, 2nd/3rd grade pickup and dropoff will be at the main office gate at Pine Hill instead of the gate on Vance Avenue. Students are able to maintain social distance at this location and stay drier. Staff will be checking in with parents parked on Vance Avenue and radioing for your child. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Please contact the office if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanksgiving Break 11/23-11/27

As we prepare for a week off of school and a time with family, it is important to remember the CDPH guidance for gatherings. Please help us ensure everyone's safe return to campus by following the guidance from the Public Health Dept.

First Trimester Parent/Teacher Conferences- RESCHEDULED

This year we have chosen to move our first trimester conferences to the end of the second trimester in March due to all of the changes in the first trimester. If necessary, parents and teachers still have the opportunity to meet and discuss any questions or concerns about the students on Monday 12/7, or Monday 12/14.

If you would like to have a Zoom meet with your student's teacher, please reach out to the teacher or the office to let us know and we can set up a conference. As always, reach out with any questions you might have regarding your child's education.

Employees Needed!
