The BEST of BOTH Worlds CELEBRATING ACADEMIC & ARTISTIC EXCELLENCE
Beauty During The Storm
During these uncertain times there is still beauty in the world. This is "Ruby Red" - an oncidium sharry baby ruby red orchid grown by our Visual Arts Director Susan Knippenberg. It's an inspiration to keep growing and thriving while we get thru this difficult period.

Visual Arts Magnet Field Trip to the "ArtsXchange in East Point"
Our last day on campus, Art Magnet students were fortunate to be able to attend an awesome field trip to the ArtsXchange in East Point. Gallery Director, Lisa Tuttle, guided students through an informative discussion about contemporary art practices as well as a tour of their current exhibition, 'Scattering Dreams: Art in Response to Global Crisis'. Students also participated in a fun and interactive life drawing workshop led by local artist and instructor, Ashley D. Thomas.
