Local Bakers Visit FCS Class
Pella Middle School FCS students had the opportunity to learn from two local bakers during their Food Preparation Unit. Ashley Sponsler, of Designer Cakes by Ashley, spoke to morning classes about her business, and provided delicious white cupcake samples. Anna Ruppert, of Maiden Holland, spoke about her home baking business, and demonstrated how to make stroopwafels in front of the students. Pella Middle School students enjoyed asking questions and learning from our local experts!
