*Parking is on the streets. Please do not park in No Parking Zones or in front of our neighbor's driveways.
*Door will open 15 minutes before each performance. (Early forecast is snow, fyi)
*ENTRANCE is Door 16. This is the entrance that is tucked away by our north playground. This entrance is nearest to the performance in our north gym. This will be the only door that is unlocked prior to the performance.
*Additional family members are welcome within reason. Keep in mind that each show will consist of about 140 students, so you can anticipate about how many adults will need seating.
*Speaking of seating, most of the seats are on backless benches. There are some folding chairs available as well.
*If you happen to bring a stroller, it's typically best to "store" it outside of the gym in the hallway if you take a young one out. You can ask Mr. Degman, Mr. Biondo, or myself as we'll be out and about around the entrance.
*I'll speak to this at the performance, but please be respectful of others while enjoying your child's performance. Be mindful of blocking other's views with videoing. We also have to keep pathways clear for students' entrance/exit so do not crowd that path. Our Carpenter Families have been terrific in the past and I want to keep the experience positive for all.
*Each grade level does about 3 songs, so performance times for each grade level are about 10-15 minutes, so total show time is about 25-30 min. Fourth and fifth may be a little longer.
*The rest of the building will be inaccessible so please plan on leaving the building from Door 16. In the past, people have asked to go to their child's classroom, but this is not something we allow.
*Winter clothing/coat donation bins will be available at the location.
*I am also looking to set up tables with lost/found in hallway for a pre-break check.
*I'm sure I'm forgetting something, myself, so I may send something out prior to Thursday. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
