Supply Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Last week staff reached out to let you know who your child's teacher will be this school year and to set up your welcome back conference. We will be using Google Voice numbers while in CDL and these numbers are showing up as coming from Gresham. Please check your voicemail and save your teacher's number to your phone so you know when they are calling. Staff have added their new numbers to their email signature line and will sharing directly with you these first two weeks.

Welcome back conferences will take place this week during our "soft start" and allow your child, the teacher, you and any caregivers to connect. During this time you can expect to be asked if you have any questions about the schedule and we would like to spend a few minutes getting to know your child. These conferences will take approximately 15-20 minutes each and staff have them scheduled back to back so you may need to follow up via email if you need additional information at the end of your time. If you have any concerns or need any support please let your teacher know and our team will reach out to support you as a follow up to these meetings.

This week we are hosting supply pick-ups and drop-offs by grade level to ensure your child has the material they need for our new online environment. If you have multiple children at Patterson, you can choose to come to the latest date/time and pick up all items together if it is more convenient for you. Any items that are not picked up will be delivered as soon as possible.

Please bring any LIBRARY BOOKS or TEXT BOOKS from last year to be turned back in. Chromebooks will be available for check-out as well.
