3RD ANNUAL PANTHER NIGHT OUT EDITION
Panther Night Out 2018
Panther Night Out 2018 was Spring Hill's biggest and best Panther Night Out ever! We estimate that over 4,000 people were in attendance to celebrate the community and this school district. Here are some of the numbers:
- Over 1600 snow cones were given away thanks to Frank Bufkin
- 800 hotdogs and bottled water were given away thanks to East Texas Professional Credit Union
- 1000 corn dogs with the help of Sonic
- Many t-shirts thanks to the Athletic Booster Club, PTA, East Texas Professional Credit Union, New Beginnings Baptist Church and Harlen the Sports Guy and Pigskin Bob
- 2000 kids entered the petting zoo and pony rides thanks to Nanny Goats and Kyle Adams
- Young Panthers enjoyed bounce houses thanks to Aaron McFatridge and Space Walk of Longview
A special thank you goes to the following vendors who participated by providing games, drinks, prizes, or other donations:
- Terry Diffey and Red Ball Oxygen for delivery and pick up of the helium tank and for letting us use the equipment to inflate the helium balloons
- Woodland Hills Baptist Church for sharing their train with us and Guy Fuller for making the arrangements
- East Texas Boys and Girls Club for promoting their summer programs for our students
- Longview Regional Hospital for being a generous marquee sponsor and for setting up a table with goodies
- Chick-Fil-A for sending their mascot and handing out coupons for free food
- Spring Hill ISD Education Foundation for their continued support of our school through teacher grants
- Spring Hill ISD Alumni Association for keeping in contact with former and future Panthers of the best school in the state
- Panther Care for providing assistance to Panthers in need
- East Texas Professional Credit Union for over 500 footballs and soccer balls and for Dollar, the mascot, playing games and taking photos all night with the kids
- Hospitality Health ER for providing a tent with information and lots of freebies
- Spring Hill State Bank for being a generous marquee sponsor and for the gift card drawing give aways
- Peters Chevrolet for sharing their awesome vehicles and for being a generous marquee sponsor
- New Beginnings Baptist Church for providing bottled water and games
- Copeland Insurance for providing a table with lots of snacks and bottled water
- Texas Roadhouse for sending their armadillo mascot who handed out coupons for free food
- Slim Chickens for providing ice cold water, lemonade and tea
- Dalton Lipsey and State Farm for providing games, snacks and goodies
- City of Longview Parks and Recreation for providing information on their summer opportunities for our students
- Panther Perk, Spring Hill's newest coffee shop, for providing iced coffee
- Laura Borens for taking pictures
- yumba Realty and the Roland family for having their drone on standbye
- Buffco, Whataburger, Texas Bank and Trust, and Matt Gandy & Dalton Lipsey with State Farm for being generous marquee sponsors

- Kelly Mercer and SHISD athletes for assembling, monitoring and disassembling the bounce houses. Thank you to Leann Holder for assisting them!

- Connie Johnson and Spring Hill Junior High National Honor Society for assisting in the petting zoo and pony rides

- Spring Hill ISD maintenance crew for running to Sonic every 30 minutes to bring back corn dogs and putting out all of the flags
- Spring Hill Administration Office for hanging signs and distributing corn dogs
