A Message from the Principal

MED at BCE Families,

Welcome to MED at Bridge Creek! We are thrilled that you have chosen to send your wonderful children to our school. Through Project Based learning, our Medical and Engineering labs, and Arts Immersion, your child will have a truly immersive STEAM-M academic experience.

As you prepare for your child's first day, please read below to learn more about our morning arrival procedures.

  • In the morning, car riders should exit cars in the car lane only. Please do not drop students off at the road or in the parking lot, because that is unsafe for them. If you wish to walk your student in tomorrow or Friday, please escort them across the crosswalk and bring your driver’s license to sign in. Per our school procedures, we will not allow visitors to walk students to class).
  • Arrival time is from 7:30-8:00 am. School begins at 8:00 am and breakfast ends at 8:00 am. Any students arriving after 8:00 am are considered tardy. If you arrive after 8:00 am, please escort your child in to sign them in.

Thank you for sharing your amazing children with us. We love them!

Your Principal,

Mrs. Eubanks

Back to School: Arrival and Dismissal Times

  • Students may arrive each day between 7:30-8:00 am daily. After 8 am, students must be escorted to the front receptionist by a parent and the parent will need to sign the student in.

  • Transportation: Knowing how your child should dismiss every day is very important. For the safety of our children, we will only accept 1 primary way to dismiss your child. If you need to change that method of dismissal, please call the teacher or the office before 2:15 pm OR you may send a handwritten note with your child to give to the teacher. Please refrain from emailing the teacher, because sometimes emails go to SPAM or may not be checked in time as the teacher will be teaching.

  • We will dismiss students at 2:50 pm each day. Students may be picked up between 2:50-3:15 pm daily. Any student not picked up by 3:15 pm will be sent to aftercare Quest and will be charged a drop-in fee. All walkers must have a walker form on file before being released as a walker. Per District Procedure, elementary students may not be checked out from school early after 2:15 pm.
