AHS Cheer goes to Nationals in Florida
Our champion cheer team has qualified for the National High School Cheer-leading Championship. This is the Super Bowl of High School Cheer-leading held in Orlando, Florida. This is the first team in 23 years to represent Oregon and we couldn’t be more proud and excited for the opportunity to exhibit our Warrior pride. Our Warriors will compete against top teams representing 47 states performing a 2:30 minute routine showcasing stunting, tumbling, crowd leadership, dancing and jumping skills. The competition is nationally televised on ESPN and ESPN2 to over 100 million homes and 32 countries nationwide each year. Watch the National High School Cheer-leading Championship LIVE on #VarsityTV on Varsity.com February 10-11.
