RHHS Wildcats: News You Can Use
#WEareRH - Weekly Newsletter - November 8, 2019
Veterans Day
Each year at RHHS, we have a school-wide assembly to recognize Veterans Day. If you would like to watch the RHHS Veterans Day assembly, you may do so through the link below. A special thank you to our guest speaker, Lt. Col. McGrue. To all of the men and women in our armed services, past and present, thank you for your service and sacrifice. We are all able to live better lives because of your selfless commitment to our freedom.

Thanksgiving treat for teachers-calling all bakers
This year, I'd like to add a sweet touch to this - and have homemade desserts available for teachers. I am looking for bakers who would be willing to make and bring in a pie or dessert to add to our Thanksgiving table. If you bake and would be willing to do this, please click below and let me know of your willingness. Shhhhhh...don't tell the teachers - I want them to be surprised, if possible. Thank you for all you do to support our school and show your care, kindness and love to the faculty and staff!
Is your child looking for a job?
Our RHHS Work-Based Learning Program is currently looking for students who are interested in job opportunities!
Participation requirements recently changed, increasing the number of students who are eligible. In order to meet eligibility requirements, students must be at least 16-years-old, listed as a junior or senior, and have passed one CTAE course or at least be registered for a CTAE class, preferably in the career pathway for the position they are seeking. Interested students should see Mrs. Jennifer Sack in Room 602-she can give more information and answer any questions.

Beta Club partners with Make-A-Wish
This year, Richmond Hill High School Beta Club has decided to devote their time to one single service project – adopting a single wish through Make-A-Wish Georgia, granting a wish to one local child with a life-threatening illness. We want to make our Make-A-Wish fundraising efforts for Richmond Hill High School Beta Club a lot easier by using a service called FlipGive - https://www.flipgive.com/teams/214752
