Brandeis Construction Summer Camp for 7th and 8th Graders!!

Attention all current 7th and 8th graders from Stinson or Garcia MS planning to attend Brandeis HS and current 9th graders from Brandeis HS you are invited to the first ever Brandeis Construction Summer Camp! All campers will learn about safety, work with hand tools and even leave with a handmade project at the end of the week. Follow the link below for the student application. The camp is free to the first 20 applicants only.

Spring 2021 STAAR Test Results Available Mid-Summer

  • Parents can view their child’s score history 24/7 by logging into NISD’s Home Access Center (HAC) and choosing the Texas Test Scores tab. This connects parents to the Texas Assessment Student Portal for families
  • If parents do not currently have a HAC account, they may follow the instructions here to create one. Once the account has been created, parents may view their child’s state assessment score history by following the steps attached.

Interested in Purchasing a Yearbook??

If students or parents inquire about Yearbook sales and or Distribution:

  • Yes, there are still copies available for purchase.
    • They can go to to order until Friday 5/22. Cost is $45
    • After 5/22 they can pay here at school, CASH ONLY
  • We will begin distributing to in person learners on Monday 5/24.
    • Books will be delivered to them in class.
  • Virtual learners can start coming to pick up books Wednesday, 5/24, between 9am and 3pm.
    • They can also pick up their book when they come to drop off their chromebook if they have one.
  • The last day that they can pick up the yearbook for this school year is Thursday, June 10th.
    • Will not be available for pick again until after August 23rd.

Learning Tree- After School Care

Hello Stinson Middle School Parents!

If you will be needing after school care next year be sure to register for the Learning Tree After-school Enrichment Program beginning June 1, 2021.

Parents and families with children returning to in-person instruction can register for Learning Tree by clicking on the Kids Care Center Parent Portal listed below. Tuition is $175 for middle school students. There is a $30 nonrefundable registration fee per child that must be paid at time of registration. Space is limited. The hours of operation are from school release to 6:30 pm.

The deadline for Learning Tree parents to complete the Learning Tree Registration process for the 2021-2022 school year is June 18.

By completing the registration process by the deadline, Learning Tree will be able to plan accordingly and ensure that we have enough staff hired by the time school starts. This process will also ensure that your child is not placed on a waitlist.

5th grade and 8th grade Transition Camps

Family Services will be holding Transition Camps this summer to prepare 5th graders (Next year 6th grade) and 8th graders (Next year 9th grade) and their families to successfully transition to the next grade level. For dates and more information please see the attached flyers
