Practice makes Perfect

Christmas Show rehearsals can be a time of stress for many teachers. It's hard to think of all of the class time that is being lost. It's hard to be out of our normal routine. It's hard to miss planning periods or coffee breaks! It's hard to manage our students for so long.

However, it also has the potential to be an incredibly powerful time for our students. It's one of the few times that we have our whole school, working together towards one goal. It's a time for us to take a break from our routine and spend time reflecting on the true meaning of this season.

While it is true that we will have to remind our students what the expectations are and some may even receive a consequence. It's also true that we can use this time to show our students that we are a team - working together - towards sharing the true meaning of this season.

Rehearsal Schedule

Monday - 8:30-10:30

Tuesday - 8:30-10:30

Thursday - 8:30-10:30

Friday- 8:30-10:30

Teachers may amend their afternoon schedules to make up for missed class time. Please let Ms. Heil know what changes are made!
