Students Not Feeling Well
If your child is not feeling well during the day, they should let an adult at the school know (their teacher, the school nurse, or someone in the office.) A call to a parent/guardian will then be made. This process allows us to better track student whereabouts and attendance. Students should not be texting parents during class time as this is a cell phone use violation. Please discuss this with your child(ren).
Make A Difference Week: March 11th-15th
Each year our Make A Difference group organizes a week of activities to "Make a Difference." This year, the focus is on inclusion. Each day has a dress up theme and and inclusive activity for students to participate in. We have also partnered with the Waldron Learning Center in Coldwater and will be including their students in our assembly.

REMINDER: There is No Parking in Front of the Building from 7:30-8:30 AM & 2:30-3:00 PM
This will allow morning drop-off to go more smoothly and bus parking for dismissal. If you have an early morning meeting scheduled, please park in the west (student) lot. If you need to pick your child up early from school, please call the office to let us know which lot you will be parked in (west lot/student parking lot or south lot/staff parking lot) and we will send your child(ren) to you. (Remember, buses can begin pulling up in front of the building as early as 2:30pm.) Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this.
Viking Care Center Help is Available
As a reminder, the Viking Care Center was established as a way to give students and their families help by providing items that are needed. We currently have clothing, including some outerwear, hats, and gloves, shoes, toiletries, some food items, and some laundry products available at the school. Please have your child talk with someone here at school or feel free to contact the office about the needs your family may be facing. We would love to help!
