From The Principal Tony White.......

The Holidays of Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, and New Year mean many things to all who celebrate them, but one common theme that emerges in each of them is joy. When we look at Norton Creek, we have much to be joyful about.

Beginning with our Eagles, it is literally and physically impossible not to feel joy around these young people. They are so excited each day they come bouncing up to the front door - excited to be with friends, excited to see their teachers and staff, and excited to learn concepts they didn't know about the day before. That excitement is contagious and something I hope we can hold onto as adults living in times that sometimes are seemingly trying to rob us of our own. These Eagles are excited for life, and that's something I always hope for them and for all of us.

Our staff is as passionate and compassionate as they come and are the heart and soul of Norton Creek. Their passion for teaching, learning, and our school is only outsized by their compassion for our Eagles and community. Their hearts are in the right place and to be commended. When you see good people who are so clearly matched with their purpose, it's a daily source of joy.

Our community of families is so supportive, kind, generous, thoughtful, invested, caring, and another awesome source of joy for Norton Creek. We simply could not ask for better partners in our school and are so thankful to have you at the core of our school community. Your kind words, presence, work on the PTO, and all-around outstanding parenting to raise these Eagles to be the fabulous young people they are do not go unnoticed and are integral to who Norton Creek is.

There is so much to be joyful for at Norton Creek, and that is because we have so much to be thankful for. Everywhere I look, I can't help but see such amazing things happening at our school and that is because we have such amazing people at our school in our Eagles, our staff, and our families. To all who are celebrating Holidays these next few weeks, I wish you the Happiest Holidays and look forward to seeing you in 2022! Go enjoy them with your favorite people, Norton Creek!
