National Library Week- Be Transformed!

This week is National Library Week.

What a great time to encourage our students to read and explore books!

The Library Week theme this year is "Libraries Transform".

This week's challenge:

Part 1:

Encourage your students to visit the Trenton Library to get a library card, explore the library, and be transformed by a good book!

There are many activities that they can participate in with their families.

The Trenton Library Website is:

http://www.trentonlib.org/

Part 2:

Share your love of book and reading to your students. Read different genres each day to your students. Incorporate reading in every subject. Expose your students to a variety of styles of writing in your classroom libraries. Make a class book with your students...... the possibilities are endless!
