The Westmoreland Wrap Up
Special Edition
Congratulations to Westmoreland's Teacher and Educational Specialist of the Year!
Each year, our district takes part in the Statewide GEOY Recognition Program to honor an Educator and Educational Specialist of the year in each school building. Colleagues and parents are asked to nominate the amazing, hardworking individuals in our school for this prestigious award. Once nominations are collected, they are scored utilizing a specific GEOY rubric. A committee of stakeholders read and score each nomination as part of the selection process. Most importantly, all nominations are always shared with our hardworking staff.
Congratulations to Mrs. Victoria Brown and Ms. Katie Wiseman who were selected as Westmoreland's Teacher and Educational Specialist of the Year! We are so lucky to have you here at Westmoreland teaching and supporting our students each day.
