Chef of the Year
The theme of this year's challenge is Ethnic Cuisine. Contestants must create an entree, side dish and dessert using an original recipe, which incorporates either their family heritage (nationality) or a strong ethnicity that appeals to you.
Guaranteed to challenge your culinary skill
-Meal must be completed in the three hour time limit-no prior preparation allowed
-Recipe(s) must be typed and consist of four servings
