Lake Area Career & Technology Center Culinary Arts Department invites high school students to enter our challenge.
Ethnic Cuisine
The theme of this year's challenge is Ethnic Cuisine. Contestants must create an entree, side dish and dessert using an original recipe, which incorporates either their family heritage (nationality) or a strong ethnicity that appeals to you.

Contest Requirements
-Meal must be completed in the three hour time limit-no prior preparation allowed
-Recipe(s) must be typed and consist of four servings
-List of ingredients and equipmentrequired
-List and describe the steps in the preparation process
