Our Character word is HUMBLE
Students will learn that being humble means having or showing a modest or low estimate of one's own importance; not arrogant or prideful. Each day students will hear a quote involving humility or an example of being humble.
Helping to Ease Your Child's Mind with Mindfulness Activities
Mindfulness: Mindfulness is a helpful tool for children and adults. It is about focusing on how you feel in the present moment. It's not worrying about what's happened in the past or thinking about the future. This is great for kids who have a hard time focusing. Research shows that practicing mindfulness can help reduce anxiety and helps with regulating emotions.
