You may pay with a credit card through www.schoolcashonline.com or send a check to the band office payable to "Austin High School Band". If paying by check, please include your students name in the MEMO line.

Spring Trip to Florida - Registration Deadline September 4
The deadline to register for the Spring Trip is this Wednesday, September 4th!! Please read the email below and if the trip is something you'd like to participate in, be sure to register so you can be included in our counts.
(Below is the email previously sent by Mr. Frock announcing the trip)
I wanted to let you know about an exciting spring trip that we have planned for the band. Since last years' trip was to Corpus, our rotation puts us out-of-state this year! We are planning on taking the band to Orlando, Florida to march in both Walt Disney Magic Kingdom, and at Universal Studios! The dates of the trip are Wednesday March 11 returning on March 17th.
Our trip would include round trip buses, condos in Orlando near the parks, 4 park days, 2 performances, and other attractions outlined in the attached itinerary.
A few things to consider: Traveling together with the band is a privilege. You all work so hard and put in so much time with the band, that we want to reward you with these amazing experiences!! But we can't afford to do things like this unless all band fees are covered. So before traveling with the band on a trip like this, it is expected that ALL FAIR SHARE FEES HAVE BEEN PAID! (You can find our fair share fee information in the Starter Pack and in the Handbook both in Charms).
If you would like to participate this trip, please set up your accounts (outlined below) with Greenlight Tours. (FYI…Greenlight was the same group that took us to Corpus last spring).
When they type in the trip code, AHSBORL20 is case sensitive.
Parents have the choice of making payments online through their checking account for no fee. OR, they can choose to use a credit card and that incurs a 4% convenience fee.
The system does not automatically bill parents, they must log in and authorize each installment. They will get payment reminder emails.
We will not accept payments at school. All payments will be made directly with Greenlight. If you have questions, go to their site help@greenlightgrouptours.com
This does NOT mean that you can't use your student accounts to make payments. Any funds in your account, or funds earned by fundraising can be used for trip payments. After everyone has registered and paid their first deposit, we can accept fundraising money. Ask the boosters/PTO to mail us a check along with a spreadsheet outlining how much money should be applied to various travelers.
Here is a custom video you can share with travelers to get them pumped up about the trip! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6BctPlNbiM&feature=youtu.be
In order to put a trip like this together, we will need parent involved as well. I hope you'll consider going with us. Our students travel well, and I know you'll have a great time with them!
Please let us know if you have questions,
Mr. Frock
