30th anniversary of Democratic revolutions in Europe
HOW STUDENTS OF BUSINESS ACADEMY IN LEVICE, SLOVAKIA CELEBRATED 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF VELVET REVOLUTION
Students of Business Academy in Levice, Slovakia in the year f 30th anniversary have celebrated this great milestone in their history and in history of all Europeans in a great way.
The work on the eTwinning project "M@pping the Milestones of Free Europe" together with their project partners from The National Pedagogic College Constantin Bratescu in Constanta, Romania and Olga Havlová Grammar School located in Ostrava the Czech Republic. Working on this project they want to celebrate the 30th anninversary of the democratic revolutions in Europe and their country.

Students created a nice photo exhibition called "Velvet Revolution in Slovakia and Levice" in the halls of their school. Discussion with an activist student and leader of the Velvet revolution 1989 in Levice Slovakia - Matej Haško was very interesting. Students have been listening about organizing strikes with students and adults during the Velvet revolution. Discussion with an activist student and leader of the Velvet revolution 1989 in Levice Slovakia Matej Haško opened eyes of the students and they have undestood better why and how the revolution was organized and also what were the consequences of it.
