THERE'S AN APP OR A LINK FOR THAT!

Want to stay active but can't leave the house?

  1. Work out from home with the Nike Training Club App
  2. Join Michelle Hammack, OG Instructor for a free ZUMBA class at @ogdanceco through Instagram. Zumba class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday @ 4:45pm, join us for a 45 minute livestream open to anybody looking to improve their physical and mental health

Feeling stressed? Practice deep breathing with the Breathe2Relax app available for iOS and Android, developed by the National Institute for Telehealth and Technology. This app not only teaches you to practice mindfulness through breathing but also educates you on the impact stress has on our body.

Want to read without reading? Check out free audio books at Audibles, for as long as schools are physically closed, they plan to offer free audio books to students
