Dear Students,
It's Wellness Wednesday! Welcome back from spring break and into our first week of distance learning. We miss you and hope you are doing well. This week brings some exciting new challenges as we learn together virtually. We want to take the time to remind you that as you continue learning, don't forget to take care of yourself. - Work out from home with the Nike Training Club App
- Join Michelle Hammack, OG Instructor for a free ZUMBA class at @ogdanceco through Instagram. Zumba class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday @ 4:45pm, join us for a 45 minute livestream open to anybody looking to improve their physical and mental health
Feeling stressed? Practice deep breathing with the Breathe2Relax app available for iOS and Android, developed by the National Institute for Telehealth and Technology. This app not only teaches you to practice mindfulness through breathing but also educates you on the impact stress has on our body.
Want to read without reading? Check out free audio books at Audibles, for as long as schools are physically closed, they plan to offer free audio books to students

Interfaith Community Services helps with housing and other community resources. Now, more than ever, they are serving families in need. Interfaith Community Services offers over 50 different programs focused around:

- Recovery & Wellness
- Immigration Resources available on Mondays
- Legal resources available on Wednesday

GIRLS INC. of SAN DIEGO
(Calling all Females to Action)
Girls Inc. of San Diego is an organization that empowers young females. They are offering free group services for females ages 11-18 through zoom classes. Group services will begin April 20, 2020. Resources include ability to rent a laptop from Girls Inc. San Diego, receive STEM in a bag and win prizes.
