German biathlete: Evi Sachenbacher-Stehle guilty of using meth, a stimulant in olympics

German biathlete Evi Sachenbacher-Stehle was found guilty of using Methamphetamine as a stimulant in 2014 winter Olympics in Sochi. So that she:

  • Could play better
  • Keep her job and fame
  • Increase her energy levels to increase chances of winning gold.

However she did not look at the loses that could happen and some of them did like:
  • Getting caught and disqualified and not able to play at all
  • Humiliation, and her career may stop due to everyone knowing.
Face it, no one wants to have a cheater or a drug addict to work for them. However she blames the test on a nutritional supplement and said she never knowingly took PED's! If that statement was true, it is not fair that she was blamed and they should have done further tests to check if the truth was being told by her!

Unpleasant side effects:

Drugs have just as many cons and pros. One of the cons is side effects, unpleasant side effects like:
  • increase in body fat, mental problems, fatigue, sagged skin, rotten teeth, etc.
So using stimulants has benefits, like increasing the chances for you to win due to you performing better but it has loses and risks attached to it as well.
