Grade 7 Student Government sponsored a trip to Fright Fest at Six Flags on October 18th. Eighty students attended!

Those who went on the Best Buddies field trip to Sauchuk Farms on Saturday had a blast!! We enjoyed the beautiful weather and all of the fun activities!! We crushed the corn maze in under 6 minutes!!

Last Monday, students from the Spanish and French National Honors Society worked to prepare the "Altar" to honor their loved ones who have passed away.

This Week in Mrs. Cornock's Chemistry classes the students tested the reactivity of metals and observed the atomic emission spectrum of different elements!

Ms. Varnerin's 8th graders created coordinate plane Halloween pictures for extra credit.

Mr. Tresca's Junior and Senior Justice in Society Classes outside watching a K9 Demonstration by the Plymouth County Sheriff Department. learning about how the dogs are trained and their role in searches and arrests.

AP Biology used carrots, celery and potatoes to identify the concentrations of unknown sucrose solutions. They looked at the change in mass of the substances after soaking overnight to determine which solutions had higher concentrations of the sugar.

On Hallowe'en, CMHS Science department was taken over by the Witches and Wizards of Hogwarts.

The middle school threw together a Halloween Social and students exhibited tremendous School "Spirit"!

During the month of October, Student Council sponsored a fundraiser for the Make a Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This is an annual event that the Carver community always represents well! between decorating classroom doors and dressing up on Halloween CMHS raised $1,000!!!!

The Carver Crusaders Unified Soccer team goes undefeated at this weeks Jamboree. They showed amazing displays of sportsmanship, teamwork and hard work!

The Caring Crusaders are looking for new members to join the club! They are a student-led group who strive to end underage drinking. They work as a team to spread awareness on the dangers of substance abuse and addiction throughout the Carver schools and community. If you are interested in joining, please see your High School Counselor.

Stop by Scrub-it Car Wash on Main Street in Carver on Saturday, November 16th to help support Carver Middle High School PTO! 10% of the proceeds with be donated back to the Carver Middle High School PTO to help fund activities as well as make donations throughout the year!
