DAILY SCHEDULE
AS A LEARNER,
CLASS MEETING EXPECTATIONS
Students, don't forget:
- Assignments- Work should be completed DAILY
- Materials: Please make sure you have the following materials ready for class each day:
- Math Notebook
- Reader's Notebook
- Writer's Notebook
- Handwriting Book
- whiteboard and marker
- pencil pouch (colored pencils, highligters sticky notes, scissors, pens, etc.)
Math Focus: Multiply one-digit whole numbers by multiples of 10 in the range 10 – 90, using knowledge of place value and properties of operations.
Math Focus: Solve two-step real-world problems using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and having whole number answers. Represent these problems using equations with a letter for the unknown quantity.

Needs-based groups will be based on students' assessment data (see daily chatbox). They will expected to participate in LIVE morning and afternoon intervention sessions.
Reading Learning Focus: Students will identify the parts of a story’s plot in order to understand how the story’s events affect the main character.
Success Criteria:
Writing Learning Focus: Standard 1: Write arguments to support claims with clear reasons and relevant evidence.
Writing Focus: Standard 2: Write informative/explanatory texts to examine and convey complex ideas and information clearly and accurately through the effective selection, organization, and analysis of content.
Writing Focus: Standard 3: Write narratives to develop real or imagined experiences or events using effective techniques, well-chosen details, and wellstructured event sequences.
