Who Am I?

"Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by it's ability to climb a tree it will live its whole life believing it is stupid." -Albert Einstein

My Brain

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.

Decision Making

Directive Style

In Career class, I took a decision making assessment and I learned that when making decisions I tend to follow the Directive style. People with that decision making style complete tasks quickly, are motivated by situations with measurable achievement potential, like tangible rewards, and are very practical and authoritarian. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as rigid, impersonal, or autocratic. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for structured, goal oriented, such as in bureaucracies, or where power and authority are important.

My Personality Type

#1 Gold

I have a gold personality type. This means that I am very traditional, am very organized, that I am loyal, and very dependable. My core need is to have responsibility. I prefer to write, and I am direct and straightforward, step by step. The things that frustrate me are rule breakers, wasting time, and laziness.
