Weekend Edition

First Week Of All In-Person Students In School Was a Success!

One of the best things about having all of our in-person students back in the building was the laughter and smiles. Everywhere I went last week, kids were talking with one another and I could tell by their eyes they were smiling. Another reason I am thrilled we were able to make this transition - Unified Arts! I have never seen people happier to be together than the Unified Arts teachers and our students. It had been quite some time (more than a year) since our UA teachers were able to teach students in the flesh. I was able to see firsthand how excited the teachers and students were. Mr. Wilson even got to take his Phys. Ed. classes OUTSIDE this week! The kids are thrilled and so am I!!

Morning Drop-Off

Drop off has been going well, even with the increased amount of cars. In order to keep cars moving as quickly as we can through the line, please pull all the way forward when the staff member moves you into the drop off section (single lane driveway) and let your student out regardless if they are near their grade level door. All students should exit their cars at the same time and walk on the sidewalk to their respective doors. Please do not keep your student in the car and wait to get closer to the door they go in. This slows down the line and makes cars that have already dropped off have to wait to exit.

Thank You!
