Session 1, Saturday 5th April 1400 - 1600 hrs with time after the session for Q&A
An eye-opening, active and interactive intro masterclass in the biomechanics of Efficient Running. On this first session, you'll barely break sweat ... it's ALL ABOUT THE 'HOW' so you can discover how comfortable and enjoyable REAL running is when you factor in our successful, upright human design.
3 week break to practice and hone your new-found silky running skills!
Session 2, Saturday 26th April 1400 - 1600 hrs with time after the session for Q&A
Following up on the drills you learned, we discover how to flow fluidly into easy, effortless running, staying comfortable, able to hold a conversation whilst gobbling up ground with quick, efficient steps. Which is your most efficient cadence? We won't know until we experiment!

Session 3, Saturday 17th May 1400 - 1600 hrs with time after the session for Q&A
HILLS! How to run them - up and down - with much less effort and more speed than you could imagine. For many experienced runners, this is the session that opens their eyes to a whole new world of running.
