- Be sure your child eats a nutritious breakfast. Free Breakfast at school is also an option.
- Be to school on time--this eliminates the RUSHED unsettled feeling.

3-5 Track Meet
The Hawthorn Hills and Lincoln school track meets will be held together on Thursday, May 5 with a rain date of Monday, May 9. The event will take place at the Wausau East track. The day will start at 9:30 and finish up in the early afternoon. Parents are welcome to attend so mark the date on your calendars. There will be more information coming soon!

Picking up and Dropping off Children
- PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR STUDENT BEFORE 8:15. THERE IS NO SUPERVISION.
- WHEN DROPPING OFF YOUR STUDENT, PLEASE ADHERE TO THE STOP SIGNS LEAVING THE CIRCLE DRIVE TO AVOID ANY ACCIDENTS.
- PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE LARGE CIRCLE NEAR BUSSES.
- ALL END OF THE DAY PARENT PICK UPS MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE PARENT PICK UP LINE IN THE SMALL CIRCLE DRIVE. PASSING CARS IN THE LINE RESULTS IN DANGEROUS SITUATIONS FOR TEACHERS STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.
Fifth Grade Getting Ready For Horace Mann Middle School
May 9th at 9am - 5th grade students will receive a 45 minute tour of Horace Mann to help ease concerns about the transition.
